This gathering marks the official opening of this incredible feat of engineering.&nbsp;Designed to remind all who see as they pass by her at the Gateway to Lincolnshire, of the role &amp; significance of the Lancaster Bomber in wartime history &amp; the lives saved &amp; sacrifices made by all those crews involved. This wonderful afternoon situated in a marquee looking out over the sculpture &amp; surrounding views, involves a&nbsp;Service of Dedication for &quot;On Freedom&#39;s Wings&quot;&nbsp;&amp; talks from Charlie White Chairman of Trustees &amp; various members of the teams involved in bringing this &quot;supper table idea&quot; to fruition.
