The session retunes your inner self so not only do you leave feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated - you carry with you a deeper connection to nature and yourself in the longer term. Location: Minstead (exact location upon booking) Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours Difficulty: we will be walking gently and slowly. All activities are invitations and can be adapted where necessary.
