Scottish Week &ndash; Together We Lift 💪💙Every year Nicola Buchan works with Together We Lift to create an event to raise awareness for mental health and to introduce people to strength sports. Together We Lift create weight lifting training days, to bring community together and to highlight that Together We Are Stronger! The events itself is NOT a competition, it is more of a training event, where you will get access to some of the Strongest Men and Women in Scotland (See our Instagram for announcements) On the day you will be split into equal ability group and will take part in four core lifting &nbsp;event stations before coming Together to lift our Together We Lift&nbsp;Tandem Deadlift Bar. The 4 core event stations this year are;* Log* Sandbags* Sandbag Toss* Traditional Deadlift To further add to the event Nicola will also be hosting a Max Out stations allowing athletes to attempt a personal best on the day, this again is not a competition and will simply be YOU vs YOU in attempt to achieve a personal best. What better way to remember when you hit your PB than to do it at Scottish Week in front of some of the Strongest Men and Women in Scotland!
