Selected 16 presents a collection of new short films by some of the most exciting early career artists working today, nominated by artists shortlisted for the Film London Jarman Award 2025 &ndash; Arwa Aburawa &amp; Turab Shah, Morgan Quaintance, George Finlay Ramsay and Hope Strickland. Curated by videoclub and Film London Artists&rsquo; Moving Image Network (FLAMIN), the programme is touring leading arts venues across the UK. The selected works reveal the breadth, ambition and urgency of contemporary moving image practice across the UK. &nbsp;From haunted landscapes and ancestral histories to collective rituals, activist perspectives and personal acts of remembrance, they reflect how artists are responding to the social, political and environmental realities of the present moment through innovative approaches to film and storytelling.
