The women in our communities are struggling daily under the weight of trying to balance work, parenting, relationships and caregiving. Often their self-care is at the bottom of the list. When "mom" is unwell, what happens to everyone else? Help us help "mom" by donating to a program that offers weekly therapy sessions and monthly self-care activities that will provide mental and emotional sustenance and rejuvenation. Your donation will help to cover the cost of a 12 week program for a small group of 10 women engaging in:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Weekly individual sessions with a therapist.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Monthly group activities that will provide these women with access to support with women in similar circumstances as well as well needed time for themselves.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Examples of group activities may include:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">nature walk</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">yoga</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">art therapy</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">music therapy</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">meditation</li></ul></li></ul>
