I created this scholarship to honor my dear sister and biggest cheerleader,&nbsp;Dedra Ragland Monagan. Unfortunately, Dedra (affectionately known as&nbsp;Dee Dee&nbsp;or&nbsp;Diva Dee) passed away several years ago after a battle with breast cancer.Dedra was a strong, resilient, and unwavering woman who dedicated herself to raising&nbsp;Breast Cancer Awareness&nbsp;and supporting other women facing the disease. She was also a dedicated fan, supporter, and volunteer for the&nbsp;5 Strong Scholarship Foundation.The&nbsp;Dedra Ragland Monagan Memorial Scholarship&nbsp;will continue her legacy by awarding a scholarship to&nbsp;two senior female 5 Strong Scholars.
