Portz&rsquo;s Pub is a special gathering spot inside the Maryland Irish Festival, created to honor first responders who have given their lives in the line of duty. Named for Officer Tommy Portz, a BPD Officer who made the ultimate sacrifice, the Pub celebrates the lives of our fallen heroes and raises funds for charities chosen by their families.&nbsp;This year, we remember&nbsp;Captain Dillon Rinaldo and&nbsp;Firefighter/EMT Rodney W. Pitts, III, of the Baltimore City Fire Department.
