Many of our Partner families are currently facing medical bills, prescription costs, and urgent appointments that they cannot afford. Many of our Partner families have recently had unexpected visits to the Emergency Room and other healthcare services. Despite having legal status in the U.S., quite a few ALIRP Partner families are either uninsured or underinsured. This can result in medical bills that are difficult or impossible for them to afford. These health-related expenses place an added burden on families who are already struggling to make ends meet. With the funds gathered through this &quot;flash&quot; fundraiser, ALIRP will provide direct support to Partner families to help cover expenses relating to doctor visits, medications, behavioral health care, and other healthcare needs. This is an opportunity for our community to stand up for the simple truth that everyone deserves access to healthcare&nbsp;❤️.
