Mothers are wired to put everyone else&#39;s needs before their own, and so their healing is too often the last thing on the list. For mothers navigating the aftermath of domestic abuse, that weight is almost unimaginable. They are not only healing from trauma, they are also facing a complex and often retraumatizing court system, meeting their children&#39;s emotional needs, and trying to rebuild a sense of safety and hope, often all at the same time. This Mother&#39;s Day, we want to make sure their needs are met. They deserve more than survival. They deserve to heal. Our Trauma Counseling ProgramHARLI&#39;s Trauma Counseling Program connects survivors with licensed, bilingual counselors who specialize in trauma-focused care. Each mother receives a minimum of 10 dedicated counseling sessions~a safe, consistent space to process her experiences, rebuild her confidence, and rediscover her strength.
