Our Junior Board is entering its third cohort in 2027, and we’re raising funds to support the next generation of emerging arts leaders at Nothing Without a Company. Earlier this year, our Junior Board raised $1,663 through ticket sales, auctions, donations, raffles, and their Kick Back fundraiser. After expenses, $937 went directly toward supporting the program. Now, we’re looking ahead to 2027.The Junior Board gives emerging leaders a hands-on opportunity to participate in board meetings, join organizational committees, contribute to strategic conversations, and take on projects that directly support NWaC's Junior Board program. It’s a chance to learn by doing, while also bringing new ideas, perspectives, and energy into the organization. As we prepare for our third cohort, we’re asking our community to help us continue growing this program. Our fundraising goal is $3,000, meaning we need just over $2,000 to help provide the resources needed for the 2027 Junior Board year. If you believe in investing in emerging arts leaders and creating real opportunities for young leaders to shape the organizations they’re part of, we’d love to have you behind this cohort. Mahalo for supporting the Junior Board and the future of NWaC. 💛
