Help Nataly and Maria build a small ice cream shop beside their home in Momostenango, Guatemala. Nataly and her mother Maria make fruit-flavored ice cream and sell it at local markets in Momostenango. They started with a blender, simple ingredients and portable coolers. With help from early supporters, they obtained a refrigerator and supplies to begin selling. They have also gained opportunities to sell at a nearby school. Nataly has difficulty walking. Her family wanted her to have work of her own, earn money and build a future alongside them. Making and selling ice cream has given her a way to do that. Now Nataly and Maria want to build a small shop beside their home. They would have a permanent place to prepare ice cream, serve customers and build on the business they have already started. The next phase requires construction materials, labor and additional ice cream supplies. First Things Foundation has worked alongside the family as they developed their business and found new places to sell. We are now seeking support to help them take this next step. Your donation will help Nataly and Maria work toward a shop of their own. The shop has not yet been built, and its future success will depend on the family's continued work and customers.
