Hi everyone! Thank you for purchasing a dinner ticket - we&rsquo;re so excited to have your teen join in. Several families mentioned that they would enjoy having the group arrive together, so we looked into the possibility of sharing a limo for transportation. The tentative plan would be: &bull; Pick up at Acworth UMC at 3:00 PM&bull; Transport to Governors Towne Club for photos and dinner by 3:30 PM&bull; Then transport students to prom at Red Top(All families would still pick their student up from the prom location at Red Top when the event ends.) Trailside is happy to help coordinate this and plans to contribute toward the cost to help make it possible. However, the remaining amount would need to be covered if the group would like this option. If your family would like to help make the limo transportation possible for the group, you&rsquo;re welcome to contribute. Contributions are completely optional, and if we do not come close to the amount needed, all contributions will be refunded. If we exceed our goal, we would be able to potentially get a nicer limo.&nbsp; Any student attending dinner with a valid ticket would be welcome to ride in the limo. If your student prefers not to ride, just let us know so we can keep an accurate headcount. Thank you!Taylor
