Russel, a school administrator in Barrio Santa Isabel, Momostenango, wants students at his school to have a place to learn computer skills. He and First Things Foundation Field Worker Liam Feltman have been planning a computer lab in an existing room at the school. Fifty laptops and their chargers have already been donated and are in Greenville. The next step is getting them to Guatemala and equipping the lab with headphones and computer mice. Liam will coordinate shipping to Guatemala City and the onward journey to Momostenango. The school community is contributing teaching expertise and the labor to set up the room. The $1,140 fundraising goal covers:

$550 to ship the laptops.

$400 for 25 headphones and 25 computer mice purchased in Guatemala.

$190 for First Things Foundation’s Guatemala field site.

The aim is a functioning lab where students can receive computer instruction at their own school. Your gift helps cover the transport and equipment needed to put the donated laptops to use. Give to help establish the Santa Isabel Computer Lab.
