Around a week ago, Tomato Pie Tom was a friendly stray hanging around in a backyard, looking a little rough around the edges. His finders brought him in for what they thought would be a routine TNR appointment. He had some eye discharge so a URI was suspected, but the veterinary team quickly discovered something far more serious.
