BAW is a community of Metro Atlanta Asian American women using our collective strength to bring positive change to our local community. We're children of immigrants, bilingual (with varying levels of fluency), and we've spent our lives navigating what it means to be not American enough and not Asian enough. We're intentionally building a space of belonging for those of us at these crossroads.We host meetups, workshops, popup markets, game nights, film screenings, book clubs, and an annual service project where we give our time, treasure, and talent to organizations supporting Asian American women in Georgia. We also put out a weekly community newsletter packed with local events, resources, job opportunities, and ways to get involved.We are open to all Asian, Asian American, and multiracial female, trans, and non-binary folk who self-identify as a Badass Asian Woman.
