The Young Professionals (YP) group is a subgroup of the Chrysler Management Club that was established in 2005. Since then the YP group has amassed an incredible amount of members from across the company and continues to grow at a rapid pace. One of the greatest benefits the Young Professionals has to offer is the ability to network and meet other employees that you would rarely interact with at work. This group provides an informal setting for people with similar interests from every functional group to meet new people, network, and just have fun.
