We are proud to introduce a new charitable initiative created to honor the life and legacy of Doug Klepper. Through this effort, we aim to support the next generation of skilled professionals by providing scholarships, awards, and financial assistance to individuals pursuing careers in the residential construction industry. In time, we also hope to fund meaningful community projects led by members of The Home Builders & Remodelers of Central New York—continuing the kind of work that meant so much to him.

Doug was deeply committed to his craft and to the community he helped build. His work extended far beyond construction—he believed in giving back, supporting others, and leaving things better than he found them. Whether through hands-on community projects or mentoring those entering the field, his impact continues to be felt by so many. This initiative is a way to carry that spirit forward.

To launch this effort, we are hosting the Doug Klepper Memorial Golf Outing, a day dedicated to connection, remembrance, and giving back. The event will include a full day of golf followed by Blueprints & Beers: Honoring Doug Klepper, a cocktail reception open to the public. We welcome golfers, community members, and supporters alike to join us for this special event.
