The Grant County Fair Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that privately owns and operates the Grant County Fairgrounds in Marion, Indiana. The Grant County Fair is dedicated to creating a positive and safe environment for community involvement and growth, while giving back and engaging more than 400 local youth through the Grant County 4-H Program each year. The 2026 Grant County Fair, celebrating the theme Heart of the Heartland, continues a long-standing tradition of bringing together agriculture, youth, families, and community partners for a week of education, entertainment, and hometown pride. The fair proudly serves as the home of Grant County 4-H, featuring numerous animal shows, youth projects, and events throughout the week. In addition to 4-H activities, the fair offers a full food court, carnival rides, live music, themed days and nights, the Family Free Stage, and signature events such as the Free Ice Cream Social. These experiences create lasting memories for fairgoers of all ages while strengthening our community connection. From year to year, the success of the Grant County Fair depends on three crucial components: volunteers, community involvement, and area businesses who give back through sponsorship.
