Food is such a strong culture-connector and many of our scholarhsip winners over the years have written at length in their application essays about the power of food to connect them to Nordic history and family. Honoring this 50-year milestone with a cookbook of recipes that represent our community feels like the most fitting way to celebrate. Pick up a few and give them as gifts to special people in your life year-round.
