Our vision focuses on the collective well being of our community. To move us closer to our vision we know that we must nurture and support the next generation of changemakers in Windham, and guide them beyond demanding change, but instead give them the resources and support they need to create and lead it. We aim to support youth in Windham to develop new systems, ways of thinking, and functioning that are grounded in equity and sustainability. And center an intergenerational mentorship model to ensure that we include as much lived experience and collective knowledge in the process of change.
