Haw Creek Elementary PTA supports our school community by enhancing educational experiences through fundraising, events, and volunteer efforts. We aim to foster a collaborative environment for students, families, and staff to thrive together.

Help us treat our Haw Creek teachers to a much‑needed coffee break ☕ so they can keep pouring their energy into our students. We are bringing in Runaway Cafe Coffee Truck on Tuesday to help us treat our teachers to a drink of their choice.&nbsp; After you select the teacher you want to purchase a coffee for on sign up genius, use this form to purchase the coffee. PTA will take care of the rest!

Welcome to the Spring Carnival Silent Auction! This is a fundraiser for our school to raise money for after school clubs, enrichment programs, library books, teacher appreciation, and so much more! Bid on items here beginning Monday, April 13. Online bidding will close Thursday, April 24. Bidding will continue in person at the Spring Carnival and will close when the carnival is over. Winners do not need to be present to win. Each item up for bid has been generously donated by our supporters, partners, and sponsors, with all proceeds directly benefiting our school, students, and staff.&nbsp; By participating in our auction, you&#39;re not just acquiring remarkable items; you&#39;re also making a meaningful difference for Haw Creek Elementary. Haw Creek Spring Carnival Silent Auction

🐄 50/50 Raffle Cow Patty Bingo 🐄Join us for a hilarious twist on bingo &ndash; farm-style! Part of our carnival field will be divided into a numbered grid, and each square will be up for grabs.&nbsp; Purchase a square (or a few!) for your chance to win big.When the time comes, our star cow, generously provided by the FFA of AC Reynolds High School, &nbsp;will be let loose on the field.&nbsp; The owner of the square where the first &ldquo;patty&rdquo; lands wins 50% of the total pot &mdash; with the other 50% supporting our school! It&rsquo;s simple, unpredictable, and guaranteed to bring laughs. Come for the fun, stay for the suspense &ndash; you never know where luck (or the cow) will strike! How it works:<ol data-streamdown="ordered-list" fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Each square costs $10.00.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There are 100 squares total, and there is no limit to the number of squares a person can buy.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If all tickets sell, the winner will walk away with $500!</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The number that prints on your ticket is the square you will be assigned at the carnival.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Ticket numbers will be placed in a randomizer after online sales close to determine grid placement.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">No one except the cow and our FFA volunteers will be allowed inside the fenced in area.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Any unsold tickets will be available for purchase in person at the carnival up until the cow makes its &#39;deposit&#39;.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Any unsold tickets at time of &#39;deposit&#39; will be assigned to Haw Creek Elementary.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cow patty bingo will officially begin at 5pm. Any pattys dropped prior to 5pm will not count.&nbsp;</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The square where the first patty drops after 5pm will be declared the winner.</li><li data-streamdown="list-item" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If no winner is determined by 6:30pm, the square the cow&#39;s front right leg is in will be declared the winner.</li></ol>
