Shelter Leaders Unite brings together directors, managers, and key staff from shelters across Indiana to share practical tools that improve leadership, daily care, operations, and advocacy for animals.&nbsp; By attending, you help the Indiana Coalition of Animal Welfare understand your shelter&rsquo;s realities&mdash;intake, staffing, policy hurdles&mdash;so we can continue to coordinate resources, training, and statewide support that keeps animals safer and treatment more humane. Your insight shapes our shared agenda for animal welfare in Indiana.
