Help establish the East African College of Health and Applied Sciences at Hope Missionary Hospital, Tororo - A new pathway for health workers to learn, practise and serve.Jungle Medical Missions is taking the next step in its vision for stronger, more sustainable healthcare in Uganda: building a local pathway for people to be trained, gain practical experience and serve their communities as qualified health workers.The proposed College will train nurses, midwives, laboratory technicians, public health officers, physiotherapists and dentists, with practical learning taking place within JMM’s own clinical network.By connecting education directly with clinical experience, the College will create a locally rooted pipeline of health workers who can go on to serve JMM facilities and communities where their skills are needed most.The goal is to build people who have the knowledge and skills to build healthier communities.
