We&rsquo;ll be boiling up piles of spicy crawfish with all the classic fixings plus hearty jambalaya. Enjoy live Louisiana music, great company, and plenty of Tiger spirit. 2026 NC Triangle LSU Alumni Crawfish Boil

The raffle at the annual crawfish boil has become a tradition in of itself. Each year, we have great prizes including signed LSU memorabilia only available to LSU alumni association chapters. This year is no exception and we will be unveiling new items as the boil approaches. All proceeds support our NC Triangle Scholarship Fund. We are teaming up with Caluda&#39;s King Cakes to offer our chapter members and supporters king cakes and save on bulk shipping. Orders are due by 10 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14.&nbsp; King cakes will be picked up at our king cake party at South Line Brewing in Apex between 3 -6 pm. We&#39;ll have the Cajammers Cajun Band playing and will be serving king cake to all who attend.&nbsp; We also plan to hold a gumbo cook off provided we have enough participation. Last year, we had 10 different gumbo chefs to judge! No obligation to stay for the fun.
