Stewardship Dinner

Join Mid-Hudson Trout Unlimited at Connectquot River State Park 🎣 Spend a day on the water learning about coldwater conservation, trout habitat, and practical stewardship of this unique river. The Connectquot River State Park is a rare private river opportunity with its own hatchery.&nbsp; Car Pooling: Meet at the Park and Ride off the Taconic Parkway at Route 52 at 4:30 am. &nbsp;Cars are leaving promptly at 5:00 am. There are two Park and Ride lots here; we&#39;ll meet at the one directly across Route 52 when you get off the Taconic Parkway going southbound, which is the lot in the northwest corner of the Taconic Parkway and Route 52.2645 NY-52, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533 The gates open at 7:30 am. If driving by yourself, the address of the park is:4090 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, NY 11769&nbsp;

Learn the basics of Fly Fishing with Mid-Hudson Trout Unlimted&nbsp;This 1 day class will include&nbsp;-Etymology&nbsp;-Reading the streams&nbsp;-Basic Knots&nbsp;-Ethical Fly Fishing&nbsp;-How to Cast&nbsp;&amp; More&nbsp; Most equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you have it.&nbsp;
