Individuals denied entry or removed from the event under this policy may forfeit their registration or ticket without refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.This policy will be applied in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Colorado&#39;s public accommodation and anti-discrimination laws. Grief Con Code of Conduct 2026 Our CommitmentGrief Con, presented by the Mustacchio Grief Foundation, is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and guests. Every participant is expected to contribute to an atmosphere that fosters learning, healing, collaboration, and mutual respect. Expected ConductAll participants are expected to:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Treat others with dignity, respect, and professionalism.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Engage in discussions in a constructive and respectful manner, even when opinions differ.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Follow the instructions of event staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and security.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Comply with all applicable laws and venue policies.</li></ul>Prohibited ConductThe following conduct is prohibited before, during, and in connection with Grief Con, including at the event venue, official event functions, virtual event platforms, and on social media or other public communications that are directed at or materially impact the event:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Harassment, intimidation, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior toward attendees, speakers, volunteers, staff, sponsors, exhibitors, or partners.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Disrupting presentations, meetings, networking events, or other event activities.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Conduct intended to interfere with the operation, purpose, or successful execution of Grief Con.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Knowingly making false, defamatory, or malicious statements about the Mustacchio Grief Foundation, Grief Con, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, or attendees that are intended to harm reputations or disrupt the event.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Public or private conduct that is intended to disparage, undermine, or damage the reputation of Grief Con or the Mustacchio Grief Foundation in a manner that disrupts the event, threatens participant safety, or interferes with its operations.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Encouraging or coordinating others to disrupt the event or interfere with attendees&#39; ability to participate.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Recording, photographing, or distributing content in violation of event policies or applicable law.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Any conduct that creates an unsafe, hostile, intimidating, or disruptive environment.</li></ul>Nothing in this Code of Conduct is intended to prohibit lawful expression, good-faith criticism, or the exercise of any rights protected by applicable law. Reporting ConcernsParticipants who experience or witness conduct that violates this Code of Conduct are encouraged to report it promptly to Grief Con staff. Reports will be reviewed as promptly and confidentially as reasonably possible. EnforcementThe Mustacchio Grief Foundation and Grief Con reserve the right, in their sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Colorado law, to investigate alleged violations of this Code of Conduct and to take any action deemed appropriate to protect the safety, integrity, and purpose of the event.Such actions may include:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A verbal or written warning.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Removal from a session or event activity.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Denial of admission.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Removal from the event without prior notice.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Revocation of event credentials.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Prohibition from attending future events hosted by the Mustacchio Grief Foundation or Grief Con.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Forfeiture of registration fees or ticket costs, except where otherwise required by applicable law.</li></ul>Compliance with this Code of Conduct is a condition of attendance. By registering for or attending Grief Con, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.

Join us for the 12th Angelversary Bowling Fundraiser 🎳❤️Please join us for the 12th annual Angelversary Bowling Fundraiser to raise money for grieving families and celebrate the life of Matthew Mustacchio (Matteo). Everyone is welcome and we would love to see familiar faces and new ones! We will also have a silent auction (lots of fun new items this year), 50/50 raffle and our annual art supply drive which go to local mental health facilities! &nbsp;All proceeds go directly to help with our non-traditional services that include headstones/urns, family vacations, tutors and sports/extra-curricular activities. We cannot wait to see you and give you a hug! Share a lane, share a story, or simply be present&mdash;there is room for your grief, your memories, and your hope.
