NAMI Will-Grundy

NAMI Will-Grundy provides support, education, and advocacy for individuals affected by mental health conditions. Their mission is to improve the lives of those impacted by mental illness through community programs and resources.

For nearly 20 years, NAMI Will-Grundy has been a trusted provider of local peer-support services for persons living with a mental health condition and for their loved ones. NAMI Will-Grundy offers support groups, education courses and community presentations at no cost to participants throughout Will and Grundy Counties. Each of these programs contribute to reduced social isolation, improvedmental wellness, a stronger community, a healthier workforce, and a brighter future for each of us.&nbsp; Our 6th Annual BeActive 5K Run/Walk brings awareness to mental health resources available in our community offered by NAMI Will-Grundy at no cost. This family event takes place on Saturday, May 16th at 8:00am. BeActive is a fun and educational 5K  event that teaches participants the benefits of physical activity and proper nutrition to support their mental health.
