Thank you for joining us as a confirmed food vendor for the NPHC-LC Greek Picnic Community Gathering! &nbsp;Please use this form to finalize your vendor registration and submit your vendor fee. Your space is being held based on your confirmation with NPHC-LC and is not considered fully registered until payment and acceptance of the vendor terms below are completed.&nbsp; Food vendors will be located in the designated food vendor area denoted on the final event site plan. Specific arrival instructions, assigned location, parking, setup requirements and day-of contact information will be provided before the event. Vehicles, trailers, generators, cooking equipment and vendor setups must remain within the assigned area and may not block emergency or pedestrian access.

Hosted by the National Pan-Hellenic Council &ndash; Loudoun County (NPHC-LC), this community event brings together members of the Divine Nine, their families, friends, and supporters to celebrate our rich history, enduring legacy, and commitment to service.The Throwback Picnic is more than just a gathering&mdash;it&#39;s a celebration of culture, unity, and lifelong friendships. &nbsp;Food &amp; Drinks available for purchase or bring your own picnic.Whether you&#39;re a longtime member, a recent initiate, a student, or a valued community supporter, the NPHC-LC Throwback Picnic welcomes you to join us for an afternoon of laughter, memories, music, and meaningful connections.Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, family, and your best throwback vibes as we celebrate the past, embrace the present, and build an even stronger future&mdash;together!Children ages 5 &amp; under are free. Ticket price will increase to $30.00 day of the event.Note: All payments made are non-refundable. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the event and agrees to release and hold harmless the organizers from any liability for injuries, losses, damages, theft or expenses that may arise.
