Igniting Purpose. One Ranch. Many Lives. One Shared Purpose. With new ownership and operation at Iron Oak Canyon Ranch, this remarkable property is becoming more than a ranch. It is becoming a cornerstone of the PANDO Foundation mission—a place where animals and people can find connection, purpose, opportunity, and a place to belong.Iron Oak Canyon Ranch provides the physical foundation where so much of our work can come together under one roof.It is a home for horses who have needed another chance. It is a sanctuary for animals requiring patience, rehabilitation, specialized attention, and continued care.It is a place where children can step away from the pressures of everyday life, put their hands on a horse, get their boots dirty, learn responsibility, and discover just how capable they really are.And it is a place where individuals who require additional support—including those facing mobility challenges or needing a more individualized experience—can be welcomed with dignity, patience, and an opportunity to participate at their own pace.THIS IS MORE THAN A RANCH.We envision Iron Oak Canyon Ranch as a place where barriers become smaller and possibilities become bigger.Sometimes creating meaningful changes doesn't always require thousands of people.Sometimes it just begins We're just 1000THE PANDO 1000 1000People. $100 Each One Home. Real Impact.A NEW CHAPTER AT IRON OAK CANYON RANCHA new chapter is beginning.KEEP THE GATES OPENA Community Campaign for Iron Oak Canyon Ranch & PANDO FoundationWe Saved the Ranch. Now Help Us Bring It Back to Life. There was a time when childhood meant getting outside.Getting dirty.Meeting a horse for the first time.Helping feed an animal.Learning how to build something with your hands.Hanging around with people from your community.Putting down the phone, stepping away from everything happening in the world, and simply being a kid. Those memories helped shape generations. We believe our children deserve them too. That is why PANDO Foundation has made a commitment:WE INTEND TO KEEP THESE GATES OPEN.More than $235,000 has already been raised to help save Iron Oak Canyon Ranch and this equestrian center. That incredible support gave this property another chance. But saving the land was only the beginning. Now we have to give it life ONCE AGAINOUR VISIONOur vision is to transform Iron Oak Canyon Ranch into an extraordinary community resource center where children, families, animals, individuals requiring additional support, volunteers, first responders, community organizations, and people from every walk of life can come together.A place where a child can meet a horse for the first time.A place where young people can learn responsibility, patience, leadership, teamwork, and compassion.A place where individuals facing mobility challenges or requiring additional assistance can experience animals, nature, connection, and participation with dignity.A place where a horse needing a soft landing can finally find one.A place where families can create the kinds of memories many of us remember from our own childhoods.A place where people who may otherwise never meet can stand side by side and work toward something good. One ranch. One community. Thousands of possibilities.LOOK AT WHO HAS ALREADY SHOWN UP.Something extraordinary has already begun happening at Iron Oak Canyon Ranch.People have walked through these gates from completely different backgrounds and become part of the same mission. We have welcomed incredible volunteers. We have had churches come alongside us.We have worked alongside members of San Diegos Finest SDPDWe have welcomed experienced horsemen and women from the equestrian community. We have had tradespeople, professionals, neighbors, families and individuals simply willing to roll up their sleeves and work. And perhaps most importantly, we have welcomed people who had never even touched a horse before. They came to volunteer. They stayed because they discovered something here.Connection.That is what we want Iron Oak Canyon Ranch to represent. Not just horses. Not just a ranch.A community.NOW WE NEED HELP.The gates are open. The horses are here. The people are showing up.The vision is alive. But there is so much more work to do.WE NEED A SAFE PLACE FOR OUR HORSES.Some of the horses coming into our care need more than somewhere to stand. They need a soft landing. They need safe stalls and appropriate living environments. They need quality feed and nutrition. They need veterinary attention. They need farrier care. They need rehabilitation. They need patience. And sometimes they simply need someone willing to say:“You are safe here.”WE NEED TO BRING LIFE BACK TO THIS RANCH.There are fences to repair.Stalls and animal areas to improve.Community spaces to build.Accessibility improvements to make.Youth areas to develop.Educational programs to create.Feed to purchase.Medical needs to address.Equipment and supplies to obtain. And acres of opportunity waiting to be transformed. We are not asking the community simply to maintain a ranch. We are asking people to help us build a resource that can serve generations.HELP US GIVE CHILDHOOD BACK.We want children to remember their first horse.Their first pair of dirty boots. The first time they carried a bucket that felt almost too heavy. The first time an animal trusted them. The first time somebody told them:“I need your help.”And the moment they realized:“I can do this.”Those moments matter. For some children, they can change the direction of a life.Iron Oak Canyon Ranch can become a place where young people aren't defined by where they came from, what they have experienced, or the challenges standing in front of them. Here, they can simply be given an opportunity.A PLACE FOR EVERYBODYThis mission extends beyond children. We want to create meaningful opportunities for individuals who require additional care and support, including people facing mobility challenges. We want families to feel welcome. We want veterans and first responders to find connection. We want volunteers to discover purpose. We want experienced equestrians teaching someone who has never held a lead rope.We want generations learning from one another. And we want animals who once needed someone to save them to someday become part of someone else's story. That is the Iron Oak Canyon Ranch we are building.$235,000 HELPED SAVE THE RANCH.NOW HELP US BUILD ITS FUTURE.This next chapter will take much more than one person, one organization, or one community. That is why we are taking this campaign beyond San Diego. We are asking people across California and across the country:HELP US KEEP THE GATES OPEN.Donate $10.Give $25.Sponsor a bale of hay.Help with veterinary care.Sponsor a horse.Sponsor a child's ranch experience.Give $100 and become part of THE PANDO 1000.Become a monthly donor.Become a corporate sponsor.Donate materials.Donate professional services.Volunteer.Fund a project.Or simply share our story with someone who can help. There is a place in this mission for everyone.THE NEXT GENERATION IS WATCHING.We have an opportunity to create something special at Iron Oak Canyon Ranch.Something bigger than a horse facility.Something bigger than PANDO.A living community resource where animals help people, people help animals, adults mentor young people, strangers become volunteers, and children are given the freedom to make memories that can last a lifetime. We have already seen what happens when a community decides something is worth saving.More than $235,000 has already helped us reach this moment.A child may come here simply wanting to meet a horse and leave having discovered confidence. An individual struggling with mobility may discover a new way to experience movement, connection, and independence.A horse that once needed help can become part of helping someone else.A young person searching for direction can discover responsibility and purpose through caring for another living being. And families can find a place to reconnect with animals, nature, and one another. That is what makes Iron Oak Canyon Ranch such an important cornerstone of what PANDO Foundation is building.NOW WE'RE ASKING OUR COMMUNITY TO HELP US BUILD THE NEXT CHAPTER.We are launching:THE PANDO 10001000 PEOPLE × $100 = $100,000 OF IMMEDIATE IMPACTFunds raised through THE PANDO 1000 will help support the programs, animals, supplies, care, accessibility efforts, youth opportunities, and infrastructure necessary to continue developing Iron Oak Canyon Ranch as a home for the PANDO Foundation mission. Our work includes:HORSES WITH A SECOND CHANCEProviding appropriate care, nutrition, rehabilitation, veterinary attention, safe living environments, and continued quality of life.A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUNG PEOPLECreating hands-on opportunities where children and young people can develop confidence, accountability, compassion, leadership, and purpose through animals and ranch life.INDIVIDUALIZED & ACCESSIBLE EXPERIENCESWorking toward an environment where individuals requiring additional assistance or facing mobility challenges can experience animals, nature, community, and meaningful participation with dignity and appropriate support.COMMUNITY & EDUCATIONCreating opportunities for families, volunteers, community organizations, public-service partners, and young people to learn, participate, serve, and grow together.ONE PROPERTY.MANY LIVES.ONE SHARED PURPOSE.Iron Oak Canyon Ranch gives this mission something incredibly important:A HOME.But a home becomes meaningful because of what happens inside it.We are asking our community to help us fill this home with opportunity.Become one of THE PANDO 1000.Give $100.Sponsor a spot for someone else.Become a business partner.Give what you can.Or simply share our story.Because sometimes changing a life doesn't begin with something enormous.Sometimes it begins with 100 people deciding that something is worth believing in.THE PANDO 10001000 People. $100. THE PANDO 1000

Help Us Give Them the Tomorrow They Deserve PANDO Foundation — A Place Where Compassion Becomes ActionThere are moments in life when you realize that caring isn't enough. You have to do something. You have to show up when it's inconvenient. You have to stay when it's difficult. You have to fight when the outcome isn't guaranteed. And sometimes, you have to ask other people to believe in something with you. That is PANDO Foundation.PANDO Foundation was built from a simple but powerful belief:Every life deserves to know that it matters. The horse that has been overlooked. The dog that needs another chance. The person who needs somewhere to belong, breathe, learn, heal, or simply remember that there is still goodness in this world. We are here for them. And I am asking you to help me continue being here for them. This Is More Than Animal CareWhen you see a horse standing peacefully in a pasture or stall or a dog finally learning to trust again, you are seeing the beautiful part of a much bigger story. What you don't always see are the hours behind that moment. You don't see the emergency veterinary visits. The medical treatments. The feed and hay bills. The transportation. The rehabilitation. The medications. The farrier care. The facility maintenance. The equipment. The sleepless nights when an animal is sick or injured. The phone calls trying to figure out how we are going to cover the next unexpected expense. The hours spent cleaning, feeding, training, comforting, transporting, advocating, learning and simply being there.Animal welfare isn't one beautiful moment. It is thousands of small decisions to keep showing up.And sometimes it is heartbreaking.Sometimes we do everything we possibly can and still don't know what tomorrow will bring. But when an animal looks at you and places their trust in your hands, walking away isn't an option. You Can Actually Meet the Lives You're HelpingOne of the most important things I want people to understand about PANDO Foundation is that we are here.We are local. These animals are not somewhere hundreds or thousands of miles away. They are horses you can stand beside.Dogs you can meet.Stories you can become part of.You can come spend time with us.You can volunteer. You can see the work. You can watch an animal's progress from where they started to where they are going. You can witness what your generosity helped make possible.I want our supporters to feel connected to this mission because you ARE connected to it.When you donate toward a veterinary bill, there is a horse receiving that treatment. When you help purchase feed, there is an animal eating because someone cared enough to give. When you help with transportation, you are helping us get an animal where they need to go.When you support rehabilitation, you are helping buy something incredibly valuable:time.Time to heal.Time to trust.Time to learn.Time to become stronger.Time for another tomorrow. Why Help Local? There are extraordinary organizations doing incredible work everywhere, and every one of them deserves recognition. But I also believe there is something powerful about looking around your own community and asking:"Who needs us right here?"PANDO Foundation is right here. The horses are here. The dogs are here. The people working every day to care for them are here. And the impact of your donation can be something you actually see, touch and become part of.You don't have to wonder whether $5 matters. It matters. You don't have to wonder whether $20 is enough. It helps.$50 can help us purchase supplies.$100 can help us face another bill.A larger contribution can help change the entire direction of an animal's care. And when many people decide that their "little bit" isn't too little, something extraordinary happens. Those little acts of kindness become food. They become medicine. They become transportation. They become shelter. They become rehabilitation. They become safety. They become another chance. We Are Not Asking You to Save the WorldI know everyone has responsibilities.Families.Bills.Children.Animals of their own.Life is expensive, and I would never want someone to believe that their contribution isn't meaningful because they cannot give hundreds or thousands of dollars.I'm not asking one person to carry this mission.I'm asking a community to help carry it together. If 100 people give $5, that matters. If someone gives $25 instead of buying something they don't need that day, that matters. If someone has been blessed with the ability to give $500, $1,000 or more, that generosity can change what is possible for us.And if you cannot donate anything at all, you can still help us.Share our story.Tell a friend.Volunteer.Come spend time with the animals.Talk about PANDO.Introduce us to someone who may want to become involved.Sometimes the person who shares our story connects us with the person who changes everything. This Work Is Not Perfect — It Is RealI want PANDO Foundation to always remain honest about what this work looks like.We learn. We grow.We make decisions. We sometimes make mistakes. We adjust. We ask questions. We listen. We educate ourselves. We fight harder. And we keep going.Because compassion isn't about being perfect. It is about being willing to care enough to keep trying.Every animal teaches us something.Every human being teaches us something.Every difficult day teaches us something. And every success reminds us why we started. My dedication is not only to helping dogs and horses. It is to understanding humanity a little better through the lives we touch. It is about bringing people together around compassion. It is about teaching our next generation that strength and kindness can exist together. It is about reminding people that sometimes healing happens when we stop thinking only about ourselves and reach out to another living being.Animals have an incredible way of doing that.Sometimes a person believes they came here to help a horse...and somewhere along the way, the horse helps them too.I Want You to Know Their NamesI don't want PANDO Foundation to ever become simply a logo people donate to.I want you to know the lives behind it.I want you to know their names.I want you to hear their stories.I want you to celebrate their victories.I want you to see the difficult days and the beautiful ones.I want you to understand why we fight so hard. And someday, when you see an animal healthy, safe and thriving, I want you to be able to say:"I helped make that possible."Because you did. Please Help Us ContinueThere will always be another bag of feed needed.Another bale of hay.Another veterinary appointment.Another medical emergency we never expected.Another animal that needs transportation.Another fence that needs repairing.Another piece of equipment that needs replacing.Another life that needs time, patience and care. There will always be more work. But I believe there will also always be people willing to help.People who believe kindness still matters.People who believe animals deserve dignity.People who believe community means taking care of one another.People who understand that changing the world doesn't always begin with something enormous.Sometimes changing the world begins with one horse. One dog.One person. One donation. One volunteer. One share. One person deciding:"I can help."From My Heart, Thank YouIf you have donated before, thank you.If you have volunteered, thank you.If you have shared one of our posts, thank you.If you have prayed for one of our animals, checked on us during a difficult night, brought supplies, offered your time, told someone about our mission, or simply reminded us that we are not doing this alone—thank you.And if this is the first time you are learning about PANDO Foundation, I invite you to become part of our story.Come meet us.Come meet the animals.Come see why this matters so much. And if your heart tells you to help, please make a donation today.Give what you can.$5 is kindness.$25 is support.$100 is incredible.$500 can move mountains for us.And a larger gift can help us say "yes" when an animal desperately needs us instead of wondering whether we can afford to help.Every donation represents something much greater than money. It represents someone saying:"Your life matters. Keep going."That is what you are giving these animals. And that is what you are giving PANDO Foundation.Help us keep showing up.For the horses that still need us.For the dogs waiting for their chance. For the people whose lives may be changed by meeting them. For our community. For compassion. For tomorrow. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in what we are building and for helping us continue.PANDO FoundationEIN: 39-3812976Give locally. See the difference. Become part of their story.Because sometimes you don't have to change the entire world. You just have to change the entire world for one life.🐴 For the horses.🐾 For the dogs.🤍 For the people.🌎 For a kinder world.PANDO FoundationEIN: 39-3812976Every dollar.
