Passive House for Everyone promotes sustainable building practices to create energy-efficient homes. Their mission is to educate and empower communities to adopt passive house standards, reducing carbon footprints and fostering a greener future.

New York is transforming its buildings to meet some of the nation&rsquo;s most ambitious climate goals under Local Law 97 and the CLCPA. &nbsp;Achieving deep emissions reductions requires a robust, skilled green building workforce capable of delivering retrofits, electrification, and high-performance building systems and operations at an unprecedented scale.&nbsp;Ireland has emerged as a global leader in sustainable construction training, with&nbsp;integrated models that align policy, industry, and hands-on workforce preparation. This 3-day delegation brings together New York leaders across government, labor, education, industry, and economic development to engage with these systems firsthand and assess how they are structured, funded, and scaled.&nbsp;By actively learning from those who have already forged this path, we aim to work together to modernize New York&rsquo;s buildings and systems, strengthen its&nbsp;green workforce pipelines, and&nbsp;translate proven strategies into actionable programs that advance equitable economic growth and meet city and state decarbonization targets.
