Join us for the&nbsp;Kieran Smith Clinic,&nbsp;a focused training session led by Olympic medalist Kieran Smith, designed to help swimmers strengthen their skills, build confidence in the water, and learn directly from an elite athlete 🏊&zwj;♂️. Kieran Smith earned an Olympic bronze medal in the 400m freestyle at the Tokyo 2020 Games and has established himself as one of the top swimmers in the country. Now he&#39;s bringing that experience straight to our pool. In line with RAC&#39;s mission to foster a love for swimming, this clinic will cover stroke technique, race strategies, and practice habits swimmers can use every day.
