Dear Parents and Student Athletes, Congratulations on making the team! Once your student has officially been offered a spot on a Scotts Valley Middle School team, both the parent/guardian and student-athlete must complete the required participation form.Our after-school athletic program relies on the support of our families. It costs approximately $125 per student-athlete to operate each team. Donations help cover coaches' stipends, officials' fees, tournament costs, equipment, uniforms, and other program expenses.Instead of multiple fundraisers, we ask families to consider making a tax-deductible donation to support our award-winning athletic program.
