Parents and Student Athletes, Once your student has completed tryouts and has officially been offered a spot on the team, you and your student will need to complete the following form. Scotts Valley Middle School relies on parent support for after school sports. It cost approximately $125 per athlete to run each team. Your donation pays for CCAL tournament and referee/umpire fees, coaches' stipends, equipment, uniforms and their maintenance along with any other cost associated to the sport. We value our students and their activities, we know that your time is inclusive. Instead of multiple fundraising efforts we ask that you simply donate your tax deductible fund to help support your child in our award winning program.
