Wings of Change is bringing our pollinator education program to Hollenbeck Palms for a special presentation! For more than 135 years, this historic garden oasis in the heart of Los Angeles has been a refuge for people — and we're excited to help it become a refuge for butterflies, native bees, and other pollinators too. We'll share how small steps, from patio container plantings to free wild-harvested native seed, can help bring these beautiful grounds back to life for the community that calls them home.Join us on September 30, 2026 — 10:30 AM for the Resident's Garden Committee session, and 1:30 PM for a program open to the whole community. Your donation helps fund this presentation and our year-round pollinator education, habitat, and free seed programs.

Lupine Blue Membership- Bronze Level – Wings of Change: This monthly donation of $10 will provide resources to create one butterfly habitat, or help to repopulate an area with new plants or seeds. (The Lupine Blue caterpillar hosts on buckwheat and can be found in the Western United States through into some parts of Canada and down into northern Mexico. Its habitat is threatened in some areas, although widespread in others.)

Cabbage White Membership (Silver Level) – Help us spread the word about the importance of butterflies by donating to our Silver Level Cabbage White Membership. Your donation will provide the resources we need to educate small groups on how to become the Wings of Change. You can make a one-time donation or opt for ongoing donations to support our educational activities all year long.
