Paying the fee is optional. (Zeffy.com does not charge the organization a fee and all donations are delivered 100% to the Young Marines Unit.)These fees are paid by the Unit to the National Young Marines Organization. Once the Young Marine Applicant is approved (Parents must submit and complete the online application) HQ Young Marines will send an invoice to the Unit. The Adult Volunteer invoice will be sent once the Adult Volunteer completes the application, clears the background investigation and is approved. Collection of the annual fee is collected by the Unit and the invoices are paid by the unit.
