Kids Joining Eternity invites families and our community to join us for our 11th Annual Pregnancy &amp; Infant Loss Awareness Remembrance Ceremony* on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 4:00&ndash;5:30 PM at Park House, located at the northeast corner of the Myriad Botanical Gardens. This special evening is dedicated to remembering and honoring babies who are deeply loved and forever missed. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you and your family are invited to come together in a supportive space surrounded by others who understand the importance of remembering. During the ceremony, families will have the opportunity to participate in memorial rock painting, generously provided by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department. We will also hear from our new Executive Director, Becky Harman, who will share a message of remembrance, grief, hope, and connection. One of the most meaningful parts of our ceremony will be the opportunity to say the names of our babies out loud, honoring each child and the place they forever hold within their families.&nbsp; At the conclusion of the ceremony, families will receive candles to take home and light privately at 7:00 PM on October 15&nbsp;in recognition of the National Wave of Light, joining families around the world in remembering babies lost during pregnancy and infancy. The entire family is welcome, including grandparents, siblings, extended family members, and other loved ones who wish to remember alongside you.&nbsp; Appetizers will be served, and the event is completely free of charge and open to everyone. Families will also be reminded of the location of the Kids Joining Eternity memorial bench at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. KJE donated this bench to provide families with a peaceful, year-round place to visit, reflect, and remember (especially those who may not have a graveside or other physical place dedicated to their baby.) The bench is located on the west side of Park House, near the pond on the south side before reaching the Crystal Bridge. We remain incredibly grateful to the Myriad Botanical Gardens for helping KJE create this lasting place of remembrance within our community. **Parking:** Parking is not provided for the event. Street and public parking can be found around the Myriad Botanical Gardens, with additional parking available in nearby downtown parking garages. Please join us as we gather to remember their lives, speak their names, honor their place in our families, and remind one another that they will always be loved and never forgotten.
