This fundraiser is to support the Vazquez family after their son, Levi, underwent surgery to treat neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer affecting glands above the kidney.  Levi was born on March 3, 2023, and is the son of Leslie and Joseph Vazquez of Meriden. When Levi was only two months old, a mass that had first been spotted before his birth was determined to be cancerous. On June 30th, he underwent adrenalectomy surgery. The tumor was fully resected and now 7 months old, Levi is cancer-free. However, the family is in need of support to cover medical costs.
