Day Of From 4-5:30 PM.  Help to set up our silent auction, decorate our tables and get us ready for our event.  You may be asked to lift items up to 40 pounds.

Set Up

Day Of From 8-9pm.  All hands on deck!  We need to be off the premise by 9pm.  Help us break down, clean and close.

Break Down

Day Of From 5-6pm.  A great way to see who our guests are!  You will be the first face of the day as you check people into the event.

Registration

Day of From 5:30 - 7:30pm.  Entice bidders, answer questions, make sure all is well.  You are the keepers of the Silent Auction.

Silent Auction Keepers

Day Of From 5:30 - 7:30pm.  Sell our raffle tickets alongside our registration table and throughout the event.  Walking around and heavy enthusiasm required.

Raffle Warriors

Day Of From 6:00 - 7:00pm.  Make sure our guest speakers, entertainers and our Development Director are supported.  This is a very important role!

Program & Entertainment Assistant

Day Of From 7:30 - 8:30pm.  Take payments from our lucky winners.  It's as easy as Square, Venmo, Zelle, cash or checks!

Auction Check Out

Day Of From 4-9pm.  Help out in every or any capacity.  Want one or more jobs?  This is for you!
