WBNA&rsquo;s Live Local, Give Local neighborhood giving campaign is now in its 10th year! Over the last 3 years alone, more than 435 grocery gift cards have been donated to help neighbors in need. Each year&#39;s drive has seen increasing growth. Every year, the gift cards are distributed to families at Classical High School, Providence Career and Technical Academy, Central High School, Asa Messer Elementary School, and West Broadway Middle School. This year, with federal uncertainty surrounding SNAP benefits, we are hoping to continue offering gift cards at the same level to our schools (approximately 120 cards in November and December) AND donate anything above that to our neighbors served by Federal Hill House and residents of Wiggin Village. Let&rsquo;s build on this success to help even more neighbors who could use a little extra this year! All donations for our second round of giving must be received by December 15th so we can purchase the gift cards before schools go on winter vacation. If you&rsquo;d prefer to spread some cheer in another way, the WBNA will also be accepting new, unwrapped toys at our office. All donated toys will be delivered to the West End Community Center to support local families this holiday season.
