An enthusiastic helping hand for the auctioneer. When a bid is made, make some noise, wave your arms, and make sure the auctioneer sees the bid and promote bidding in the tables around you.

Assist staff to help with check-in processes: update payments at the door, distribute paddles, and assist guests as they enter the event

Be available around entrance points to direct guests where to check in

Arrive early to set up the centerpieces for each table and help to gather materials at the end of the event. Will be asked to assist the check in desk if needed at the beginning of the benefit as well.

Help us capture the fun from the evening! The photographer will arrive early to capture the cocktail hour, performances, and guest interactions during the fundraiser.
