The registration fee secures your child’s enrollment in STEAM Possible Summer Camp 2026 and guarantees their spot in our limited-capacity program.

This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it covers administrative processing, materials preparation, staffing allocations, and your camper’s welcome package (camp T-shirt, water bottle, and drawstring bag).

Registration is required to finalize enrollment and begin payment plan scheduling.

We recommend completing registration early, as space is limited and programs fill quickly.

Weekly Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit per week is required to reserve your child’s spot for each selected week of camp.

Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your remaining weekly balance.

To secure placement, deposits must be submitted no later than the Wednesday prior to the start of the new camp week.

Weeks are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. If a deposit is not submitted by the Wednesday deadline, the spot may be released to families on the waitlist.

We encourage families to submit deposits early, as weekly capacity is limited.

The weekly Rate is $375. Please ensure you have added the Deposit.

We offer tiered weekly tuition based on household income to help ensure STEAM Possible Summer Camp remains accessible to families across our community.

Income eligibility is determined using Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines and household size. Because each family’s situation is unique, our team will confirm eligibility during registration.

Savings range from $350 to $800 depending on the selected option.

Paying upfront guarantees your child’s placement for the full season and provides the greatest overall savings. A Deposit is not required with Upfront Pricing.
