The BVSCAA strives to curate the finest experience for event-goers, therefore, the process to apply to be a vendor in 2026 has been revised and is as follows with no exceptions.&nbsp;Also, completion of the Vendor Interest Form does not automatically approve your business as a vendor for either event, Renaissance Faire or Holiday Bazaar, it lets the Committees know you are interested in being a vendor for these events.&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">The 4th Annual Renaissance Faire will be on June 6, 2026 at Cub Lake and Holiday Bazaar will be held at the Whiting Center on November 27 &amp; 28, 2026.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Complete all sections of the Interest Form. These events will be juried and you will be asked to provide a minimum of three (3) pictures of your items and one (1) picture of your booth. Our committee will be working to ensure that there are no exact duplicate items being sold, the items are crafted by the vendor, and they are appropriate for each event. Vendors must complete payment by the given deadline.&nbsp;Cancellation Policy: Vendors that cancel 60 days prior to the event can request to have their vendor fees refunded.
