The current health card permit fee is $50.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vendors must comply with all applicable West Virginia Tax Department requirements, including obtaining any required business/tax registration.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All food vendors must have an ABC-rated fire extinguisher on site.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vendors must provide their own equipment and supplies.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Setup begins at 6:30 a.m. Vendors must be ready to operate by 8:00 a.m.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vehicles must remain in their assigned area and may not be moved during the event unless authorized by festival staff.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vendors are expected to remain for the entire event.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Regular breakdown begins at 4:00 p.m. and vendors must be cleared according to festival staff instructions.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Each vendor is responsible for keeping their area clean and removing trash and waste from their space.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Photos and promotional materials submitted or taken during the festival may be used by the Oak Leaf Festival for promotional purposes.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Failure to comply with festival rules may result in removal and/or denial of participation in future festivals.</li></ul>&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Failure to follow festival policies may result in removal from the event and/or denial of participation in future festivals.&nbsp;DEADLINE &amp; SPACE ASSIGNMENTSpaces are assigned by the Vendor Coordinator.
