Vendors selecting this option may remain until 10:00 p.m. and must remain in place until the event concludes and the street is cleared. Application fees are non-refundable. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and other equipment. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Generators are not permitted without approval &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Setup begins at 6:00 a.m. Vendors must be ready by 8:00 a.m. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Vehicles must be removed from the vendor area immediately after unloading and no later than 8:00 a.m. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Vendors are expected to remain for the entire event. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Regular breakdown begins at 4:00 p.m. and booths must be completely cleared by 5:00 p.m. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; All vendors must have an ABC-rated fire extinguisher on site.&middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and removing all trash upon departure. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; No yard-sale, garage-sale, or junk items will be accepted. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The Oak Leaf Festival Committee reserves the right to limit similar products and decline applications to maintain a variety of offerings. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable West Virginia Tax Department requirements. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Health Department requirements: It is the responsibility of each food vendor to comply with Fayette County Health Department (304-574-1617). &nbsp;The health card permit is $50.00. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Photos and promotional materials submitted or taken during the festival may be used by the Oak Leaf Festival for promotional purposes. &middot; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Failure to follow festival policies may result in removal from the event and/or denial of participation in future festivals. NEW STATE FIRE MARSHALL REQUIREMENTS &ndash; ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ABC FIRE EXTINGUISHER ON SITE &nbsp;DEADLINE &amp; SPACE ASSIGNMENT&nbsp;Spaces are assigned by the Vendor Coordinator. Accepted vendors may receive their space number upon arrival. Vendors who are not accepted will be contacted. While we try to honor all requests for spots, we do not guarantee that requests will be honored.&nbsp;If you want the same space you had previously, applications must be received by June 30, 2027. &nbsp;After that date, vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. &nbsp; We will not cancel due to weather unless we determine that it will be unsafe for vendors and attendees. Vendors will forfeit their fee if they choose not to participate because of weather. Fees will be applied to an alternate date ONLY if the Festival does not open because of unsafe weather conditions.&nbsp; A vendor may be removed or revoked selling privileges from the Festival at any time. Vendors will in no way cause detriment to other vendors and are expected to always conduct themselves professionally, behaving courteously toward Festival staff, customers, and other vendors.&nbsp;Vendors are not permitted to disparage other vendors or products. &nbsp;The Oak Leaf Festival does not tolerate targeting, discrimination, intimidation, or harassment of any kind. &nbsp; Behavior such as interfering with other vendor company sales, shouting, fighting, selling products in an aggressive way, or &ldquo;hawking&rdquo; detracts from the friendly atmosphere of the Festival and will not be tolerated. Hawking can be defined as: yelling, barking, or screaming to promote your product.&nbsp;Any activity considered to be damaging to the Festival&#39;s family friendly atmosphere can result in that person or persons immediate elimination from the Festival. Vendors are responsible for the actions of their representatives, employees, agents, and family members.&nbsp;
