The 5th Annual Staff Sergeant Jacob Hess Memorial Golf Scramble will be held at Gates Four Golf and Country Club. &nbsp;Your registration includes 18 &nbsp;holes, greens fee, cart rental, buffet lunch, and swag bag.Best Ball Captain&rsquo;s Choice. All United States Golf Association (USGA) rules will be observed in all situations. We will use the &ldquo;white&rdquo; tees for men, and &ldquo;red&rdquo; tees for ladies. To start each hole, all four teammates will tee off. The team captain will choose which of the four shots is the best, and the other three teammates will retrieve their balls and meet at the best ball. All four teammates will drop their ball from knee level within one foot of the best ball and hit their second shot. The team will continue this process until the ball is &ldquo;holed&rdquo; and the captain will record the score. To maintain pace of play, the maximum score for a given hole is double par. Once you have reached the maximum number of attempts on a given hole, kindly pick up you ball, record your score, and move to the next tee box.Mulligan rules: If purchased, each team gets 4 total mulligans, each player has to use one, cannot be used on the green.Length of yarn rules:&nbsp; Use this yarn to &ldquo;hole&rdquo; the ball where it lays. For example, if all four players putt a birdie attempt and the closest shot was still two inches from the cup, use the yarn to measure the distance from the edge of the cup to the front edge of the ball. Tie a knot in the yarn that covers the two inches and record a birdie on your scorecard. The two inches of yarn used cannot be used again, and theteam would still have 22 inches of yarn remaining for the rest of the day. Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable.
