Петриківка Майстер-клас: Новорічні прикраси Join us in creating beautiful Christmas ornaments using the traditional Ukrainian Petrykivka painting style.  Art of Petrykivka dates back to the 19th century when this painting was widely used in the decorations of the interiors in Petrykivka village, Dnipro region. The distinctive characteristic of Petrykivka is a prevalence of floral patterns, like leaves, flowers, viburnum berries, grapes, blossoms and sunflowers. The most popular colors are red, yellow, green and blue. We will provide unique cat brushes and paints for the class and our teacher will walk you through different designs and tips. No special skills are required, just your passionate curiosity and willingness to have a great time.   With this fundraiser, we are raising money for Zemliachky, an organization that supports women defending Ukraine. 100% of proceeds will go to women defenders. All donations are very much appreciated! Class will be taught by Uliana Pilipenko. All materials will be provided as well as some refreshments during this master class.
