A Household membership includes all members of a household living at the same address, and whose names are provided to NAMI Northwoods.

Household Membership

This membership level is for one individual and includes membership in NAMI Northwoods, NAMI Wisconsin and NAMI National.

Individual Membership

This level is for an individual member with limited financial resources and includes membership in NAMI Northwoods, NAMI Wisconsin and NAMI National.
