She passed the Green Social Housing ordinance, upzoned Broadway for transit-oriented development &mdash; the very street we&#39;ll be drinking on &mdash; and is a true YIMBY champion on City Council. The rest is what our happy hours always are: casual, no agenda, a good way to meet the people doing housing work in Chicago.
