Children ages 3 to 6 years old are invited to join Teacher Naturalist Jess Subramanya and learn about the variety of animals that live in our area and that we may see each day. Each session will focus on a different animal and will include related fun facts, natural materials and artifacts, themed games and crafts, and possibly a visit with one of our resident critters. It’s a treat for children who love animals and a wonderful way to introduce our two, four, and no-legs creatures to those who are a bit wary and shy. These sessions will be a blend of indoor and outdoor activities depending on the day’s weather.
