Please purchase a ticket for each plate you would like made. (1 plate = 1 ticket = $16, 4 plates = 4 tickets = $64) On your plate form it will ask for a ticket number you can find this in the email you will receive. If you open the digital ticket the ticket number will be in the upper right corner. Please include this on the plate template so we can cross check payment.
