Registration required by purchasing a charitable ticket! Do you know what Pysanka is?  The word "pysanka" comes from Ukrainian pysaty - to write.  Pysanka (plural pysanky) is a Ukrainian Easter egg tradition where eggs are being decorated using beeswax and dies, and then can be gifted for Easter.  This three-hour workshop is one of a kind opportunity to learn about, and experience, the culture of Ukraine. Our instructor Maria Bereza is a lifelong pysanka master who can explain the meaning of each symbol you will be "writing" on your egg.  During the class you will be able to see the collection of Maria's own pysanky and get inspired by the intricate designs she creates.  Hosting this workshop is St Michael Ukrainian Catholic Church, a beautiful historic space filled with spirit and grace.   IMPORTANT! Adults and children 15 and older only.  Space is limited, no walk-ins.  Because we are preparing the materials way in advance, we are only able to accommodate those who sign up.  If there are no more tickets left, you can send us a message indicating your interest for future classes to <a href="mailto:contact@uasmi.org" style="text-decoration-color:currentcolor;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">contact@uasmi.org</a> .
